A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Developmental Immunology Researcher
Hailing from the holy city of Sangam, Prayagaraj, I am a PhD. Scholar at School of Life Sciences, University of Hyderabad. I have completed M.Tech in Animal Biotechnology from ICAR-NDRI, Karnal. Later, I have also worked as JRF at TATA-Memorial Centre, ACTREC, Navi Mumbai.
MY WORK
I am trying to unfold the role of the various transcription factors involved in B cell development and disease.The transition from one development stage to another involves a complex interplay of various transcription factors such as EBF1, IRF4/8, TET2./3 and many more. Interestingly, this transition is also accompanied with an alteration in the methylation pattern. Therefore connecting a link between the role of transcription factors and the methylation pattern becomes an interesting area of research to understand B cell development and its associated disease.
